Summary:PURPOSE:To lessen the vibration transmission factor from the low frequency to high frequency range by furnishing the main chamber with a capacity changing member, and expanding and contracting it with a driving means. CONSTITUTION:For vibration in the low frequency range a good damping characteristic is obtained by allowing a liquid to pass through an orifice 9 leading from the main to aux. chamber 8 or vice versa. For high frequency range vibrations, on the other hand, the rigidity of a mount 12 can be sunk by changing the capacity of a capacity changing member 10. Thereby vibrations and noises, for example transmitted from the engine to car body, can be reduced over a wide frequency ranges.
