PURPOSE:To simplify installation work of a seat by forming a flexible part to flexibly deform in the radial direction around the peripheral part of an engagement member of the seat and to adjust relative positions of both of the engagement part of the seat and the flexible part at the time of installing the engagement part on the side of the seat on a locking part on the side of a car body panel free to lock and unlock. CONSTITUTION:Installation structure of this seat consists of a hook mail 1 which is a locking member to install on a floor panel 2 of a car body hook mailed 3 which is an engagement part to install on a floor seat 4 made of vinyl chloride, and the hook mail 1 is constituted of a main body 1a of a synthetic resin material and a pin member 1c to extend the main body 1a in the radial direction by pressure fitting. Subsequently, the hook mailed 3 is provided with a circular head part 3a, a head part 3b to engage in an installation hole 4a of the floor seat 4, a stem part 3c with a section of a roughly cross C letter shape and an opening ring 3d. Here is formed a flexible part 5 in the periphery of the installation hole 4a on the floor seat 4. The flexible part 5 is formed in a wave pattern and is to be flexibly deformed in the radial direction.
