Summary:PURPOSE:To meet various diagnostic needs by installing a horizontal rotation shaft on one end of a base, connecting the shaft to a middle arm, installing a horizontal rotation shaft also on the other end of the middle arm, and connecting the horizontal rotation shafts to an arm device 5 provided with an X-ray generating means and an X-ray detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is installed on a ceiling C and provided with arm device 5 through a middle arm 4, and telescopic in the M1 direction as illustrated. The middle arm 4 has a horizontal rotation shaft HS1 on a base 1 and is rotatable in the M2 direction as illustrated. The connection part between the middle arm 4 and the arm device 5 is provided with a rotation shaft HS2 horizontally installed to be capable of revolving the arm device 5 around the middle arm 4. When a base 1 is shifted lengthwise and widthwise, thus a pair of X-ray generating means 5E and X-ray detecting means 5Fa, 5Fb can be disposed optionally at left offset or at right offset for objects of inspection Pa, Pb. This can meet various diagnostic needs.
