PURPOSE:To reinforce a circumferential edge of a fitting hole so as to prevent breakage in a fitting part structure wherein a clip is inserted in the fitting hole for a resin made mold sheet to fix the resin made mold sheet to a fitting panel by forming a tubular wall at the circumferential edge of the sheet fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:A part applicable to a fitting hole for a resin made mold sheet 1 is swelled to form a fitting hole 2 and a tubular wall 3 erecting almost in a truncated cone shape is integrally formed at the circumferential edge of the fitting hole 2. After a top end of the tubular wall 3 is cut off for opening, a plate-like clip 6 fixed to a fitting panel 5 such as a vehicle body panel is inserted into the fitting hole 2 and the tubular wall 3 and the clip 6 together with the tubular wall 3 is bent. In this way, the resin made mold sheet 1 can be fixed to the fitting panel 5.
