Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the erroneous operation of an electronic device due to a bedewing at the time of starting the device by a method wherein in the case the liquid temperature of the device is lower than the environmental temperature of the device at the time of starting of the device, a cooling device is made to operate to make the liquid temperature rise to the environmental temperature. CONSTITUTION:At the time of starting an electronic circuit device, the environmental temperature and the liquid temperature of the device are respectively monitored by a first temperature monitor part 7 and a second temperature monitor part 8 and the two temperatures are compared with each other in a microprocessor 9. At this time, in the case the liquid temperature is lower than the environmental temperature, there is a possibility of the generation of a bedewing in the device. Therefore, the processor 9 outputs a control signal for prohibiting a feed to the device to a DC stabilizing power supply 11 via a power supply control line 18. Moreover, a cooling control part 10 actuates a liquid circulating pump 3 and a blower 5. As a result, the liquid temperature rises by heat generated from a motor for the pump itself and heat from a shaft and the like. Thereby, the generation of the bedewing in the electronic circuit device is prevented.
