Summary:PURPOSE:To improve wiring efficiency by wiring it, setting the virtual contact on the terminal and without setting the protective region for securing the wiring space, for the terminal which can take the contact on the terminal, out of a plurality of terminals of the same node to be connected on the wiring grid. CONSTITUTION:For the terminal 2, which can take the contact on the terminal out of the terminals 2, 3, and 4 of the same node, a virtual contact 50 is set on this terminal 2, whereby it is made the terminal, which has the original wiring layer of the terminal and the wiring layer that can be transferred by the contact. Moreover, for the terminal 3 and 4, which can not take the contact on the terminal, according to the prior direction of the wiring layer of each terminal 3 and 4, each protective region 31, 32, 41, and 42 are set. The freedom in wiring of the terminal can be elevated, and even if the protective region for securing the wiring space is not secured in the vicinity of the terminal 2, the easiness of wiring can be secured enough.
