Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent solidification of a bromine complexing agent and also improve energy efficiency by mixing N-methyl N-ethyl molyholynium bromide and N-methyl N-ethyl piperidinium bromide by a specific mole ratio as a bromin complexing agent. CONSTITUTION:N-methyl N-ethyl molyholynium bromide and N-methyl N-ethyl piperidinium bromide are mixed by mole ratio of 50:50-90:10 to use as a bromine complexing agent. When the mole ratio is within this range, a bromine complexing compound is not solidified even below the normal temperature. Thereby, even at low temperature, circulation of the bromine compound in battery cells can be made easy so that high electric energy can be obtained through a wide temperature range.
