Summary:PURPOSE:To provide an accurate control of a radiation heat temperature by a method wherein a surface temperature of a radiation surface is directly measured with a temperature measuring means disposed at a surface of the radiation heat plate opposing against a sheet-like abe member and a flow rate or pressure adjusting valve disposed in a thermal medium supplying passage is operated through a temperature controller. CONSTITUTION:A temperature measuring means 7 is disposed at a surface of a heat plate so as to measure a surface temperature of a radiation heat plate 2 opposing to a sheet base material (a). As an additional means for the heat plate surface, either a resistor or a thermocouple is fixed with a soldering or a molding means. The temperature measuring means 7 is connected to a temperature controller 6. The temperature controller 6 operates either a flow rate adjusting or a pressure adjusting valve 5 in reference to a deviation from a set temperature in response to the measured temperature measured by the temperature measuring means 7, either the flow rate or pressure of the thermal medium is adjusted so as to control it to a constant temperature. A surface temperature of the radiation heat plate 2 is measured by the temperature measuring means 7 disposed at the surface of the heat plate, either the flow rate adjusting valve or pressure adjusting valve 5 is operated in response to a signal from the temperature controller 6 in view of the measured temperature so as to adjust either the flow rate or pressure of the thermal medium and control the radiation heat plate 2 to be a predetermined temperature.
