Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the installation of a structure on the bottom of the sea by disposing bottom plate parts in the vertically movable state at the bottom part of a structure provided with installation spaces and ballast spaces inside, and providing level adjusting function thereto. CONSTITUTION:A structure 1 is divided into installation spaces 4 and ballast spaces 5 by bulkheads 3. A bottom part 6 is provided with a bottom plate protrusion 7 protruding downward, and a body inserting/fitting protrusion 8 to be fittingly inserted into the protrusion 7 is provided protrusively upward at a bottom plate part 2. A level adjusting space part 9 is provided between the bottom part 6 and the bottom plate part 2. There are also provided a horizontal recessed groove seal storage part 12 on the inner face of the protrusion 7, and an annular sealing tube 13. A seal part water filling/drain tube 14 is communicated with a water filling/drainage pump 15, and a seal valve 16 is switched to reduce/apply pressure to the tube 13. A level adjusting space water filling/drain tube 17 opened to the space part 9 is communicated with a pump 18, and water pressure in the space part 9 is regulated by a water filling/drain valve 19 to ground the structure 1 into a specified position.
