CONSTITUTION:A control program includes a register control program 10 which uses input display item data for display of input items and guide data for display of guides, which helps the operator with his operation at the time of gathering data, and successively receives input data by the interactive system to register this data in a storage part 4 (control program) as a series of master files. Thus, the service to customers is improved, and the following processing is simplified.
