Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the title foam without using a halogenated hydrocarbon in producing non-rigid urethane foam by reacting a polyol with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst, etc., by adding a given amount of a specific compound to the reaction system. CONSTITUTION:In producing non-rigid urethane foam by reacting a polyol having a hydroxyl value of 20-150mg KOH/g such as polyether polyol with an organic polyisocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate in the presence of a catalyst such as amine-based catalyst, a foam stabilizer such as organosilicon surfactant and a blowing agent such as water, 0.5-10 pts.wt., preferably 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. at least one compound shown by the formula (R1 and R2 are 1-5C alkyl; (n) is 1-5 integer) is added to 100 pts.wt. of the polyol to give the objective foam.
