Summary:PURPOSE:To enable the title system to output various kinds of statistical information required by the manager of the system by storing the state transition of an incoming call in a memory as it is and inputting an application command from terminal equipment in a device. CONSTITUTION:Incoming calls arriving at a main trunk line group 40 are detected by means of a central office line 41 or 42 and incoming call detecting information is transmitted to a CPU 60 of an automatic private branch exchange. Then the incoming calls are distributed to vacant attendant boards and event data of each stage, such as incoming calls, distribution, answer, communication, and restoration from the start to the end of speech are edited into call event data. The call event data are transmitted to an interface control processor 110. Upon receiving the call event data through the exit controller 80 of the automatic private branch exchange, the processor 110 stores the call event data in the statistical data memory 131 of the main storage device 130 of a management information device through a bus 110 after adding received time to the data.
