PURPOSE:To make discharge constant by having a discharge pipe provided with a discharge port, providing an opening and shutting valve to open and shut the discharge port so that it is capable of moving, and providing an elastic pushing means in a state to push the opening and shutting valve to the side of the discharge port to fix a holding member. CONSTITUTION:A discharge port 5 having a specific internal diameter ID perpendicular to the axial center CT is provided to the front end section 3 of a concrete conveying pipe 2, and a concrete pressure control valve 9 is provided to the right of the discharge port 5. The concrete pressure control valve 9 is constituted of a cylinder 10, spring 13, piston 15, etc., and the cylinder 10 is fixed to the conveying pipe 2 through a fixed member 6. After that, a taper 16a of the front end 16 of the piston 15 is inserted into the discharge port 5 of the conveying pipe 2 to open and shut. Then, the spring 13 is contracted and provided between a pressure regulating screw 12 and the piston 15 in the directions of the arrows A and B, and the piston 15 is pushed in the direction of the A. According to the constitution, discharge can be controlled.
