Summary:PURPOSE:To carry out the inspection by setting the inspection standards for the sorts of parts automatically, by providing bar codes, readers, a setting unit, a power source, and a judging unit. CONSTITUTION:Bar codes 3 and 4 are attached to a color display tube 1 and a pallet 2 in which the color display tube is housed respectively. Readers 5a and 5b read the bar codes 3 and 4 of the color display tube 1 and the pallet 2, and a setting unit 10 sets the inspection standards depending on the data from the readers 5a and 5b. A power source 11 controls the voltage applied to the display tube, and the like, depending on the inspection standards set by the setting unit 10, and a judging unit 12 inspects the electric property of the color display tube 1, and compares the measurement value and a preset value to judge the condition. Consequently, the inspection standard for each sort of part can be set, and the condition of quality can be judged automatically.
