Summary:PURPOSE:To flexibly cope with the change of a production line by storing information related to details of a faulty actuator in a map disconnected from the sequence of operation steps even at the time of requiring trouble analysis of these details. CONSTITUTION:When a map control program 201 (figure 15A) is started, a first startable block group is detected. It is checked whether a newly startable block exists or not; and when it exists, its block number is detected and is denoted as (i). The operation step map of this operation block is read in, and this operation block is marked as executing, and it is checked whether an executable operation step exists or not. When it exists in the pertinent operation block, the present time is written in a timer register Tsi of the pertinent operation block (i). An operation monitor program 202 (figure 15B) monitors the end signal from a ladder program 200 and reads the pertinent block number (i) and the step number in the case of the end of actuation operation.
