Summary: | PURPOSE:To obtain a grout for ground which gels near neutrality in a relatively long time, provides a solidified product with excellent durability, exhibits good permeability and a high strength of solidification, and does not pollute underground water by compounding an acidic colloidal silica obtd. by a specified method with water glass. CONSTITUTION:A grout is obtd. by compounding water glass with an acidic colloidal silica obtd. by mixing a colloidal silicic acid soln., obtd. by removing most of the alkali contained in water glass by treating with an ion exchange resin, with an acidic reactive agent, and further adding, if necessary, one or more compd. selected from the group constituting of inorg. salts, alkaline agents acids. The grout gels especially near neutrality in a relatively long time, provides a solidified product with excellent durability, exhibits good permeability and a high strength of solidification, and does not pollute underground water. In addition, it is possible to adjust gelation time by adding an inorg. salt, an alkaline agent or an acid thereto and to obtain a strong cement grout by mixing with a cement. |
