Summary:PURPOSE:To improve reliability by mutually synchronizing uninterruptible power equipments (CVCF) having each constant voltage and constant frequency and instantaneously changing over the CVCF to the CVCF on the sound side when the loss of the output voltage of the CVCF is detected by a power-supply loss detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Synchronizing signals are exchanged mutually between the synchronous controller 4-3 of a CVCF(A) 4 synchronized with an AC power (A) 1 and the synchronous controller 5-3 of a CVCF(B) 5 synchronized with an AC power (B) 3, and the output voltage of each CVCF(A) 4 and CVCF(B) 5 is synchronized. When the output voltage of the CVCF(A) 4 is lost, the loss of a power supply is detected by the operation of an undervoltage relay 14 on the panel board (C1) 7 side, a thyristor switch 12 is ON-OFF controlled, and the incoming path of a panel board (C1) 7 is changed over to the CVCF(B) 5 side. Accordingly, even when the power supply is lost by the fault of the CVCF, the CVCF is synchronized with the sound CVCF operating another load having high significance and can be changed over instantaneously.
