Summary:PURPOSE:To have stable operations with a usual constant capacity pump of reciprocative type by furnishing a solenoid valve which changes over the flow path so that circulation pump is always situated in a certain specified position. CONSTITUTION:The separation pattern of unitary filling floors 11-22 appears with three primary refining zone 1, three attraction zones 2, three secondary refining zones 3, and three fitting/removal zones 4 by opening and shutting cycles of two-way solenoid valves VF1-VF12, VD1-VD12, VE1-VE12 and VR1-VR12, and also three-way solenoid valves VT1-VT12, and thereby steps are performed in twelve different ways. By any of these steps, the suction conduit of a circulation pump 46 is connected with the outlet from the final stage filling floor of Zone 1, and the discharge conduit of the pump 46 is connected with the inlet to the first stage filling floor of Zone 4. Therefore, change in the physical property of the liquid introduced to the circulation pump 46 is lessened, and stable operations are achieved.
