Summary:PURPOSE:To exclusively control, start and conversation-process command programs by receiving control commands which are asynchronously inputted from respective terminals and fetching the received control commands one by one so as to process them. CONSTITUTION:All the commands inputted from a console 1, a remote console 2 and a host device 3 are once stored in a mail box 10. Namely, the mail box 10 operates as interface with a command interpretation execution part 9. Here, one command interpretation execution part 9 can be connected to plural terminals. Thus, the command program can exclusively be controlled and started and a conversation processing with the command program concerned is realized.
