PURPOSE:To improve durability without generating vibration during traveling by installing a control means for controlling an actuator and a stay fixing means by selecting a switch installed in a driver's room. CONSTITUTION:A driver pushes a switch 43 to selection-connect a common contact point (c) with contact point b1 or b2, and then a solenoid valve 39 is selected, and the high pressure air supplied from an air tank 36 flows into an air cylinder 31, and a lock pin 33 is separated from an engagement hole 17a, and a stay 17 is put into an unlock state. Accordingly, the switches 34a and 34b of an approach sensor 34 are turned ON, and at the same time, the coil 47 of a relay circuit 46 is excited, and a switch 49 is connected with a (d) contact point. The valve body of a solenoid valve 38 is selected to the right direction, and the high pressure air flows into an air chamber 23a through a flow rate adjusting valve 41 and a supply/discharge port 29, and a vane 27 is turned rightward. The stay 17 is revolved by the revolution drive of a rotary shaft 26 and a driving shaft, and when a stopper 25 collides with a stopper receiving tool 25a, the stay 17 stops.
