Summary:PURPOSE:To excellently control exposure at the time of macrophotographing by fixing the emitted light quantity of a stroboscope and the stop degree of an iris to a certain value at the time of macrophotographing in which a distance from a camera main body to an object is short. CONSTITUTION:The emitted light quantity of the stroboscope 11 is controlled by a light emission control circuit 12 and emits light by interlocking with a photographing action under a previously set condition when the shutter button of the camera main body is pushed. In such a case, the stroboscope 11 emits the light based on power supply which is supplied from a power supply circuit 13. At the time of macrophotographing in which the distance from the camera main body to the object is short, the emitted light quantity of the stroboscope 11 and the stop degree of the iris are fixed to a certain value. Therefore, photographing is executed under a fixed exposing condition at the time of macrophotographing, and the distance to the object is nearly supposed in such macrophotographing. Thus, photographing with the appropriate exposure is accomplished.
