PURPOSE:To not only detect contradictions of a pair of signs of outputs of plural selecting circuits to quickly correct them but also start the operation of another system by detection of this contradiction state by immediately reporting output information of a correcting circuit for abnormality to an MPU. CONSTITUTION:A correcting circuit 7 is provided which converts input data A, B, C, and D of plural selecting circuits 5 and 6 in accordance with a prescribed logic table by AND between outputs E and F of circuits 5 and 6 to restore the state before a contradiction at the time of abnormality of the contradiction to normal contrary relations between signs of outputs K and L of circuits 5 and 6. Output information (j) of the correcting circuit 7 at the time of abnormality is reported to an MPU 1. Thus, the monitor precision of signs of outputs K and L of selecting circuits 5 and 6 which are contrary at the time of normalcy is improved, and correction of input data to the normal state, namely, correction of output data at the time of normalcy is performed in a short time.
