Summary:PURPOSE:To minimize the driving force necessary for work by installing a control section which rotates a recovery mouse while abutting against a wall surface and a control section which detects the extending condition of a telescopic arm and drives the recovery mouse away from the wall surface. CONSTITUTION:The control unit consists of a control section which rotates a recovery arm 23 via an actuator while abutting a recovery mouse 21 against the wall surface of waterway by a holding mechanism 22 and a control section which detects the extending condition of telescopic arm 24 and drives the recovery mouse 21 away from the wall surface when an arm 24 turns to retraction. When the telescopic arm 24 is retracting, the removal/recovery work is not performed because the required torque T is excessively high, and only when the telescopic arm 24 is extending, work is performed. Thus, control is carried out to decrease the torque. The remnants cause by one-rotation work of recovery mouse 21 is removed and recovered by the reverse rotation. Thus, the construction is made small.
