Summary:PURPOSE:To promote space-saving as well as to monitor a machined state in a workpiece in an efficient manner by setting up a traveling rail of an automatic conveyor apparatus in the air, while mounting a hand for holding a tool and conveying it and an apparatus with a monitoring function both on this automatic conveyor apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A traveling rail 19 of an automatic conveyor apparatus 8 is set up in the air, while a hand 28 for holding a tool 21 and conveying it and each apparatus with a monitoring function are mounted on this conveyor apparatus 18. As for the apparatus, usually a camera and a microphone or the like are used, by way of example, but a communication equipment is added as well, thus the automatic conveyor apparatus can be set to a midpoint of information. The automatic conveyor apparatus 18 is traveled on this rail 19, through which space is effectively utilizable. With this constitution, space saving is well promotable and, what is more, a machined state or the like in a workpiece 23 can be efficiently monitored.
