Summary:PURPOSE:To easily perform attachment and takeout of a garbage container by imparting definite property to the garbage container to hold the shape of at least the upper edge part. CONSTITUTION:Garbage is charged to a garbage container 22 through a charging port 27 from a charging part 31. When garbage in the container 22 is regulated to proper amount, electricity is conducted to a motor 14 and a rotor 15 is rotated together with the garbage container 22. Thereby centrifugal force is allowed to act on garbage and water. According thereto, water is raised along the inner surface of the container 22 and discharged to the outside from the gap 29 between the opening edge part of the container 22 and a cover 26 and dehydration of garbage is performed. This water discharged from the container 22 is discharged via a drainage hose 13 from the drainage port 11 of a water receiving case 4. Thereafter the container 22 is pulled up and taken out from the rotor 15 and discarded. Thereby the container is manufactured at low cost.
