Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate a flow of the dust lain on a packing presser into a case and exhaust it quickly by providing through holes for directly communicating parts corresponding to the hollow part of a bumper rubber with the outside of the case in the abutting part comprised in the packing presser. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 7c for directly communicating parts corresponding to the hollow part 11 of a bumper rubber 6 with the outside of a case 5 is provided in the abutting part 7 of a packing presser facing to the bumper rubber each other. In the full bump condition that the abutting part 7 abuts on the bumper rubber 6, the dust lain on the abutting part 7 is directly exhausted from the through holes 7c to the outside of the case 5 with the air pressure of the hollow part 11, and adhesion of the dust to a packing 4 inside of the case 5 is prevented simultaneously.
