Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a liquid bleach composition excellent in bleaching power, storage stability, etc., by compounding hydrogen peroxide, anionic and nonionic surfactants, and polyacrylic acid (salt) with a specified molecular weight each in a specified amount and adjusting the pH. CONSTITUTION:A liquid bleach composition is prepared by compounding (A) hydrogen peroxide, (B) an anionic surfactant, e.g. sodium linear alkylbenzenesulfonate, (C) a nonionic surfactant, e.g. polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, and (D) polyacrylic acid or its salt with an average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000 in such a manner that the content of component A is 0.5-10wt.%, the weight ratio of component B to component C is 1/5 to 5/1, the total content of components B and C is 0.1-20wt.%, and the content of component D is 0.1-5wt.%, further adding water, an alcohol, a thickening agent, etc., thereto, and adjusting the pH to 1.5-6.
