Summary: | PURPOSE:To use the same positioning pin several times by forming positioning holes for slots along the directions of the bent lines with which the axial centers are orthogonally crossed at parts making bent pieces of a press part. CONSTITUTION:When positioning holes 2 are formed at positions 1b making the bent pieces of the press part 1, for example, when the central part 1a such as a car outer panel, etc., appears on the outer surface, both its flange parts 1b come in contact with the upper surface of a car body base and its flange parts are covered with other parts, the appearance has no problem because the flange parts 1b are hidden. Further, since the slots 2 of the flanges 1b are formed in such directions that the axial centers (b) are orthogonally crossed with the bent lines (a), though the positions of the holes to the press machine deviate, those holes can be used for positioning again in the same state and the constitution can be simplified by reduction of the number of positioning members. |
