Summary:PURPOSE:To permit a bracket to be attached easily by a method in which a part to set up the vertical position of bracket is set on the rail bracket, and a part to set up the horizontal position of the bracket is also provided. CONSTITUTION:The upside of the rod-receiving and fitting part 11a of a bracket 11 is contacted with the lower end of a bracket-fitting seat 18 attached to the groove 10 of a vertical;frame 10. Also, the upper end of the contact piece 11d of the bracket 11 is contacted with the side face of the seat 18. The contact piece 11d of the bracket 11 and the contact piece 13a of an inspection panel- fitting part 13 are contacted with the frame 10 for positioning. The bracket 11 is welded to the frame 10 on the weld 20.
