PURPOSE:To put the room into a comfortable humidity state even at the time of stopping the space heating operation and to prevent dew from condensing on walls by providing a space heating operation stop signal generator and an operation control device carrying out the dehumidifying operation for a certain period of time after generation of the signal. CONSTITUTION:A space heating operation stop signal is emitted from a space heating operation stop signal generator 20. The operation of a humidifier 19 is turned OFF by an operation controller 21, and humidification to the air conditioning chamber is not carried out. Further, a cooling-heating changeover switch 14 is OFF, and power supply to a four-way valve coil 15 is stopped. Since a power supply state to a compressor motor 12, the compressor 1 is n an operating state. An indoor fan motor relay changeover switch 13 is changed over by an operation controller 21, and the rotational speed of an indoor blower 7 becomes lowest and dehumidification is carried out without so much lowering the room temperature. After this condition is continued for the time being, the power supply to the compressor motor 12 is turned OFF by said operation controller 21. By this operation dew-condensation after stopping the space heating operation is prevented and a comfortable humidity state is kept.
