Summary:PURPOSE:To enhance the transfer accuracy and the reliability of products in the subject device for vibrationally transferring electric elements or the like, by housing the rubber leg for supporting a base in which vibrational rubber plates and metallic plates are alternately laminated in the inside of a metallic frames, so that the three-dimensional vibration caused by an exciting body and amplifying plate springs can be absorbed. CONSTITUTION:A laminated rubber 20 in which rubber plates 21 and metallic plates 22 are alternately laminated is formed, and a rubber leg for supporting a base is constituted by housing it between metallic vibration preventing frames 23 which have been erected on both sides in the X-direction on the upper surface of the plate 17 via rubber plates 24. On the other hand, both sides in the Y- direction are made in an open state for facilitating deformation. By this constitution, vibrational component in the Z-direction and that at least in one direction out of X- and Y-directions can be reduced.
