Summary:PURPOSE:To objectively reproduce a signal aspect state when an accident is generated by storing the signal aspect states together with time from time before the accident generation to time after the accident generation and storing an acoustic signal as well for prescribed time after the accident is generated. CONSTITUTION:Normally, the signal aspect state is stored together with the time. However, when the output of a microphone 5 is larger than a prescribed value, a data preservation signal is generated from an abnormality detector 11 and stored in a temporary memory 13-1 together with the output information of the microphone 5. After it is finished to store the output information of the microphone 5, the contents of the temporary memory 13-1 are transferred to a semiconductor memory 15. Thus, the signal aspect state at the time of accident generation can be objectively reproduced.
