Summary:PURPOSE:To diversify a text and to reduce a load on an operator by editing and sending back answer texts based upon answer editing rules by text sections obtained by retrieving an answer rule storage part, etc., corresponding to a text from a computer controlling the operation of facilities. CONSTITUTION:The text from the computer which controls the operation of the facilities is received by the text reception part 4 of a control-side computer and an answer text editing part 5 edits the answer text according to the text sections obtained by retrieving the answer rule storage part 2 and a fixed data storage part 3 and the answer editing rules by the text sections. Then the edited answer texts are sent back by a text transmission part 6. In this constitution, the contents of the storage parts 2 and 3 are registered and updated freely through an answer rule registration part 1, and consequently the text is diversified to improve the diversity of the device and the need for operator's answering is eliminated to reduce the load on the operator.
