Summary:PURPOSE:To send out a voice signal excellently, continuously, and repeatedly by re-setting the address of a memory to its initial address according to necessary data after the end of voice data read out of a voice data storage memory stored with a voice signal of telephone. CONSTITUTION:The voice signal of telephone which is stored in the voice data storage memory 4 is read out and sent out through an output circuit 5, and also inputted to an address re-setting circuit 6 as well. Then the circuit 6 controls an address updating circuit 3 according to a substantially soundless end signal of a pattern which repeats between a zero level and a positive level after the end of the voice signal to re-set and update the address of the memory to the initial address. Consequently, the continuous repeated transmission of the voice signal is performed.
