Summary:PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the preservability of bean-curd refuse by applying a specific high pressure to the bean-curd refuse for the sterilization thereof. CONSTITUTION:Beans-curd refuse by-produced on the preparation of bean curd, bean mild or separated bean protein is received in a synthetic resin bag, deaired, sealed, set in the treating tank of a cold, isotropically pressing molding device and subsequently subjected to the application of a hydrostatic pressure of <=4000 kg/cm .G for the sterilization.
