Summary:PURPOSE:To attain protection with high reliability at fault by mounting a magnetic substance to an energized coil attachably and detachably through a faulty continuously transmission, storing the faulty state from the permanent magnetization of the magnetic substance, reading the stored information with a magnetic resistive element to operate an unlock detecting of an existing PLL circuit. CONSTITUTION:A time constant circuit 18 is activated in response to a signal inputted from a circuit via X, X' from a final module 8, a temperature sensor 22 mounted to the final module 8, a circuit via a Y'-Y connection from a CPU16, and a mechanical contact of a PTT button 12 and an exciting current flows to a coil 20 within nearly 120sec. When the exciting current is fed to the coil 20, the magnetic substance 20 is magnetized permanently with the polarity in response to the current direction. A magnetic resistance element 21 detects the magnetization of the magnetic substance 20, the resistance value is changed so as to drive an unlock detector 15. The unlock detector 15 is operated by the unlock detection information of the PLL circuit 13 so as to prevent radiation of a defective radio wave.
