Summary: | PURPOSE:To facilitate the rolling of high tension by reducing the controlling range corresponding to the change of the coil diameter of field magnetic current to the predetermined value, reducing the running speed of the steel sheet to the predetermined value on the case that the set tension is over than the predetermined set value and the diameter of the winding coil is under the set value. CONSTITUTION:The power of the take-up machine motor is the product of the tension and the running velocity of the steel sheet, the tension is obtd. by dividing the torque by the coil diameter of winding machine. Because the torque is the product of the armature current and the field current electrically, so if these is increased, the torque is increased and also the tension is increased. On the case the coil diameter is under the set value, the tension is increased by increasing the field current of the motor to the predetermined set value. The rotation of the motor is decreased in inverse proportion to the field current, and the running speed is decreased to the predetermined value. Therefore, the rolling of high tension can be realized by utilizing the existing equipment, and the efficiency can be improved. |
