Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent water resistance of coating film and processing properties and low content of an organic solvent, comprising an aqueous acrylic copolymer and a specific triazine-based resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) an aqueous acrylic copolymer and (B) a triazine-based resin prepared by reacting (i) a compound shown by formula (R is 1-4C alkyl) with (ii) formaldehyde and (iii) a monofunctional alcohol in a ratio of 40:60-85:15 by weight.
