Summary:PURPOSE:To form the electrodes with low cost oxide conductor for making dielectric sustain sufficient dielectric constant and insulating properties by a method wherein a laminated body alternately laminating ceramic layers for dielectric and (LaM) MnO3 base oxide conductor layers for electrode is sintered. CONSTITUTION:Connecting electrodes 3 are provided on the sides of a laminated body composed of dielectric layers 1 and inner electrode layers 2 alternately laminated and sintered. As for the ceramic layer 1 for dielectric, barium titanic acid base ceramic layer in perovskite structure such as barium titanic acid, zirconic acid comprising BaTiO3 or BaTiO3 mixed with BaZrO3 for adjusting Curie point is applicable but not limited to the same. As for the electrode layer 2, (LaM) MnO3 base oxide conductor is applicable. However, M is to be at least one element selected out of alkali earth metallic elements. Through these procedures, the width of diffused layer is narrowed and the deterioration in insulation of the dielectric layer is restrained while extremely enhancing the bond properties of the electrode onto the dielectric.
