Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent minute dusts from flowing into a flow rate adjustment valve by supplying fuel under pressure to a pressurized spray nozzle of return type and providing on the side right upstream of a flow rate adjustment valve in an intermediate position of a return oil pipe a filter specially used for the flow rate adjustment valve when part of the supplied fuel is made to flow back through the return oil pipe. CONSTITUTION:Oil fuel flows and falls into an outgoing oil pipe through a filter from a storage oil tank and supplied under pressure to a pressurized spray nozzle of return type by a pump, and the oil fuel is atomized and the rest is returned to the side upstream of the pump of the outgoing oil pipe through a return oil pipe. In an intermediate position of the return oil pipe a flow rate adjustment valve FC, a filter F2 specially used for the adjustment valve, and a check valve are installed in series. The casing 80 of the flow rate adjustment valve FC is provided on its one end with a flow-in flow channel 81 which communicates with the return oil pipe and on its other end with a flow-out flow channel 82 which communicates with the opening 43 on one side of the flow rate adjustment valve FC, and in the inside space 83 the filter element 84 of the filter F2 is provided to communicat with the other end of the flow-in flow channel 81 and the one end of the flow-out flow channel 82 communicates with the space 83 on the outer circumference of the element 84. With this arrangement the dusts which flow into the flow rate adjustment valve FC are caught for sure.
