Summary:PURPOSE:To enable rapid recovery of an excavator without causing a worker to enter a preumatic working chamber by providing a device to jump up togetherwith the excavator through rotation of a rail and a device to lift a monitoring camera, a working robot, and the excavator. CONSTITUTION:Through remote control of a working robot 3 as a picture by a television camera 8 is watched, a connector 9 is disconnected from an excavator 1. A wheel fixing tool and a rail fixing tool are released and through derive of a winder 5, a rail mounting metal 17 and the excavator 1 are rotated through a wire until they are brought into a state approximately vertical to the lower hatch container 12 side. As the picture of a television camera 10 is watched, a hook 7a at the tip of a wire 24 is hooked to a coupling tool 7b of the excavator 1 by means of coupling auxiliary robot 21, and the wire 24 is lifted to recover the excavator 1 to the interior of an atmospheric pressure. In return of the excavator 1 to a pneumatic working chamber, the above procedures are completely reversed, and recovery and mounting are all performed through remote control.
