PURPOSE:To realize a combined motion of vertical oscillation for the object to be treated and a jig by putting the object to be liquid-treated in the jig, connecting them with a carrier bar through hanging members, and incorporating a battery and a circuit in the carrier bar. CONSTITUTION:The object 8 to be treated is put in the jig 9 which is connected to the carrier bar 1 with the hanging members 6, 7. The battery 3 and the circuit 2 are incorporated in the carrier bar 1, and >=1 cylinders 4, 5 are connected with them. The object 8 to be treated and the jig 9 are submerged in the treating liquid in a liquid treatment unit, and the battery 3 and the circuit 2 are put into operation by a originating unit 11. Solenoid valves 12 are opened and closed to supply high pressure air 10 to the cylinders 4, 5 to put in operation. The object 8 and the jig 9 are operated thereby in vertical motion and swinging motion separately or combinatively through the hanging members 4, 5. As another method, by connecting >=1 vibrators with the battery 3 and the circuit 2, single vibrating motion or compound motion may be obtained.
