Summary:PURPOSE:To facilitate outside seeing by forming a wiper in a fixed type, moving a windshield and making the fixed type wiper keep contact with the windshield even when the windshield is rotated and vertically moved. CONSTITUTION:A fixed type wiper 2 is attached to an invisible spot on a windshield 1 instead of an ordinary car wiper. The windshield 1 is vertically moved to make an upper and a lower invisible fixed wiper wipe a raindrop or the like. When the windshield 1 is frostedly frozen, the back side windshield is rotated to be put out to the front side, and the backed frozen portion of the windshield 1 is melted by an open fan. When the windshield 1 is broken, a car can temporalily be driven by rotating the back side windshield to the front side. The windshield 1 is rotated through a roller and a motor 5, and closed and opened through a hydraulic device. A blind 4 prevents the raindrop from entering the inside of the car in getting out or in through a door in the case of rain.
