Summary:PURPOSE:To attain an accurate outgoing and incoming call for telephone operation in the dark or for a visually handicapped person without mis-operation by providing plural keys more than number of fingers of the user to a keyboard and making number of fingers of the user depressing the keys correspondent with numbers of a telephone number. CONSTITUTION:The user going to make dialing at first turns on a start switch 21 of a stand microphone 50 and depresses its own fingers onto plural keys provided to a keyboard 3 in the order of a high digit of an opposite telephone number. In this case, number of the fingers to be depressed is entered corresponding to the figure of the telephone number. Then a voice sound for confirmation is sounded from a speaker 4 for each digit figure to be entered. After all the telephone number is entered, a call switch 23 is depressed to execute dialing to an opposite destination telephone set. Thus, the processing of outgoing and incoming call including dialing is implemented by only the finger operation of the user to optional keys and the dialing is attained.
