Summary:PURPOSE:To continuously cut out beltlike lawn without requiring a hand by attaching arms advancing and retreating nearly parallel to a lawn growth surface to a boom, simultaneously providing a cutting means in the lower ends of the arms and further attaching a pressing member to a mobile car or the boom. CONSTITUTION:A root cutting blade 21 of a cutting means 14 is crept under a lawn growth surface while pushing the lawn growth surface with a pressing member 5 to advance or retreat the cutting means 14 together with arms 4 nearly parallel to the lawn growth surface. Thereby, root cutting of the grown lawn is efficiently carried out. Both sides of the lawn are simultaneously cut with side cutting blades of the cutting means 14. A mobile car 2 can be advanced while promoting cutting to continuously cut and peel the beltlike lawn having a constant width and thickness.
