PURPOSE:To reuse the ready-mixed concrete sludge as the cement mixing water by separating waste cleaning water contg. ready-mixed concrete from the aggregate, introducing the waste water into a sludge settling tank and separating sludge in the presence of a setting retarder. CONSTITUTION:The waste cleaning water from a device with ready-mixed concrete stuck to it is introduced into an aggregate separation tank to separate the aggregate and then sent to a sludge settling tank to separate sludge.
