Summary:PURPOSE:To aim at enhancing the mounting strength of seat mount brackets and as well simplifying the positioning thereof, by spot-welding the doubler parts of superposed parts among a floor, a cross member and a seat bracket member, the cross member having a flange formed with notch parts and the seat mount brackets having raised flanges. CONSTITUTION:The front side flange parts 5, 6 of seat mount brackets 3, 4 are lap-welded to the rear side flange part 2 of a cross member 1, and the rear side flange parts 7, 8 of the seat mount brackets 3, 4 are welded to the upper surface of a floor. The rear side flange part 2 of the cross member 1 is formed with notch parts 15 at suitable intervals, and the front side flange parts 5, 6 of the seat mount brackets 3, 4 are formed with raised flange parts 5a, 6a which are against the rear side wall part 14 of the cross member 6. The doubler parts of superposed parts among the floor, the cross member and the seat bracket members, are spot-welded.
