Summary:PURPOSE:To feed a small load with high frequency power whose voltage is stepped down efficiently by connecting an inductance element through a switching element to a DC power source in parallel, and connecting the load through a capacitor and a second switching element to the inductance element in parallel. CONSTITUTION:When a first switching element Q1 is on, energy is accumulated in an inductance element L from a DC power supply E, and then through the switching circuit consisting of a second switching element Q2 and a diode D the accumulated energy is discharged to the resonant circuit consisting of an inductance element L, a capacitor C1, and a load. Accordingly, the current path leading to the DC power supply E or a load Z is limited, and the high frequency power whose voltage is lowered can be supplied effectively and easily.
