Summary:PURPOSE:To accurately reduce the maximum movable steering quantity of rear wheels corresponding to a vehicle speed by transmitting the linear motion quantity of a reciprocating member with a first drive means to a fixed block fixed to a steering actuation rod via a movable blocking member rotated with a second drive means. CONSTITUTION:A tubular member 30 is rotatably supported on a housing 10 fitted to a body, and an annular worm wheel 36, to which a worm pinion 42 driven with a second motor 40 is engaged, is pressed in and fixed to the outer periphery of the said member 30. A reciprocating member 50 movable along a guide bar 14 is provided on the housing 10, and the reciprocating member 50 is moved with an eccentric cam member. A worm wheel 66, to which a worm pinion 72 driven with a first motor 70 is engaged, is pressed in and fixed to the outer periphery of the intermediate shaft part of an eccentric cam member 60. A movable block member 80 is slidably supported on the tubular member 30 via a guide rod 38, and the progection 80B of the movable block member 80 is engaged with the groove 90A of a fixed block member 90 fixed to an actuation rod 20.
