Summary:PURPOSE:To take out an already treated beam and charge untreated beam in a state where a carrying vehicle is arranged before a treating tank by carrying out charge to the inside of the treating tank and take-out of beam from the treating tank by the carrying vehicle capable of putting plural beams thereon. CONSTITUTION:At least one untreated beam 8b is put on a carrying vehicle 30 capable of parallel putting the beam thereon and the carrying vehicle 30 is arranged before a treating tank 20 in a state in which a vacant space capable of putting at least one beam already treated is given. The beam already treated is taken out from inside of the treating tank to the vacant space and then the untreated beam is charged into the treating tank.
